Peak Design is a San Francisco based design company founded using Kickstarter. They are leaders in carry with a vast product line including everyday bags, travel bags, and camera accessories.
Peak Design found themselves with a significant amount of product data scattered across various processes and systems. They were looking to centralize the information in one place to cut back on time spent gathering that data.
We had our data spread out across multiple systems and I knew we had to get a single system in place to straighten everything out so we could get our products to market faster.
Peak Design chose Propel to be their single source of product truth. Since Propel is built on Salesforce's modern interface, it gave them the intuitive and productive user experience they were looking for, with the ability to configure freely.
Propel is easy on the eyes, easy to look at and easy to customize because it’s based on the Salesforce platform.
Besides getting engineers all on the same page, Peak Design also set up a custom solution for their suppliers to track their tooling runs. Suppliers can now log in and update the data themselves, and everyone can see what's going on.
