Propel PIM APIs provide comprehensive access to categories, channels, digital assets, products, variants, and their attributes, ensuring accurate, up-to-date data across the lifecycle. Import APIs manage sources like ERP, other PLMs, marketplaces, and suppliers into Propel. Export APIs can be used with marketplaces, e-commerce sites, product configurators (CPQ), web sites, syndication tools, and print catalogs.

Heightened Supplier Experience
"Where Used" data is now available to external suppliers through the Supplier Community. This feature enables suppliers to view "Where Used" information, with notable restrictions: supplier users will not be able to refresh the data themselves or export it from the table.

What Does This Mean
For Me?
  • Your Salesforce org will be upgraded the week of September 30, 2024.
  • A sandbox version of the release is available now. If you want to upgrade your sandbox and test the new features, contact your Customer Success Manager.  
  • Once your org is upgraded, your Propel Admin must perform the Configuration Instructions for each incremental release. We will reach out when your org is upgraded, and your Admin can begin the configurations.
What Action Do I Need To Take?
  • Review the below Configuration Instructions for each release and assets with any IT counterpart.
  • To test the Spring ‘24 release in your Sandbox, send an email to your Customer Success Manager. We recommend you review all materials below.
What’s The Impact to my Org?
  • The push may take up to two hours, and your users can remain logged in and working while the upgrade occurs.
