Product Spotlight helps sales drive upsell and cross sell with related products. Centralizing product data makes it easy for sales reps to access accurate information every time. Examples include viewing the status of engineer-to-order products; ensuring related accessories are included in quotes; and accessing specifications for product setup and activation. 

Customer Support

Support teams access accurate product details and supporting documents, including assembly instructions, maintenance guides, and user manuals. View quality issues, recall and stop ship information as well as variants and related accessories for faster issue resolution time.

Field Engineer

Trusted specs and documentation allow field engineers to access assembly instructions, maintenance guides, and user manuals. Investigate designated field-replaceable units from engineering, and gather previous quality reports and remediation information

How to Upgrade your Sandbox

What Does This Mean
For Me?
  • Your Salesforce org can be upgraded starting the week of May 5th.
  • A sandbox version of the release is available now. If you want to upgrade your sandbox and test the new features, contact your Customer Success Manager.
What Action Do I Need To Take?
  • The push may take up to two hours, and your users can remain logged in and working while the upgrade occurs.
  • Once your org is upgraded, your Propel Admin must perform the Configuration Instructions for each incremental release. We will reach out when your org is upgraded, and your Admin can begin the configurations.
What’s The Impact to my Org?
  • Review the below Configuration Instructions for each release and assets with any IT counterpart.
  • To test the Spring ‘25 release in your Sandbox, send an email to your Customer Success Manager. We recommend you review all materials below.

Users now have the option to access Propel Help Center directly from their own org with an easy Global Action.
Product Completeness
The new Product Completeness feature helps you to track your product’s readiness toward publication on your marketplace, e-commerce site, or website.
Hide Draft Files, Obsolete Files, and Obsolete Revisions
Three powerful features to support your processes to keep files and data internally secure as you go from non-generally-accessible Drafts to standard released information, and finally back to limited-access data for obsoleted records.
