Configuration assistance excludes the initial implementation of the Propel application, user management, data migrations, data management or manipulation (de-duping, merging, cleansing), transferring data from one org or object to another, flows, Process Builder, workflow rules, sharing rules, AppExchange installs/uninstalls/customization, VLOOKUPs and custom code.
