*Customer’s Designated Propel Admin will request configuration assistance via email or support ticket to be addressed during local business hours. Configuration assistance includes help with configuring Propel life-cycles, categories, auto-numbers, email templates, reporting, projects, training, permission sets and public groups. Configuration assistance excludes the initial implementation of the Propel application, user management, data migrations, data management or manipulation (de-duping, merging, cleansing), transferring data from one org or object to another, flows, Process Builder, workflow rules, sharing rules, AppExchange installs/uninstalls/customization, VLOOKUPs and custom code.
